摘要
脂肪细胞内的慢性炎症在肥胖引起的代谢紊乱(糖尿病、血脂异常症、高血压、代谢综合征等)的发生发展中起到关键作用。单纯性肥胖的发生率正在逐年增加,而单纯性肥胖所造成的相关性并发症却并未得到很好的预防和治疗,脂肪细胞是产生促炎细胞因子的重要场所,脂肪分泌炎症因子是代谢性炎症反应发生的基础。因此对于单纯性肥胖的慢性炎症状态和炎症因子等相关的研究,则能更有针对性的对其进行预防和治疗,有助于对单纯性肥胖更加积极的进行干预,从而预防和控制单纯性肥胖所导致的相关慢性疾病。
Chronic inflammation in adipocytes plays a key role in the development of metabolic disorders ( such as diabetes,dyslipidemia, hypertension,metabolic syndrome,etc. ) caused by obesity. The incidence of simple obesity is increasing year by year,but the related complications caused by simple obesity have not been well prevented and treated. Adipocyte is an important place to produce pro-inflammatory cytokines. Fat secretion of inflammatory factors is the basis of metabolic inflammation. Therefore, the study on chronic inflammatory state and inflammatory factors of simple obesity can be more targeted to its prevention and treatment,which is conducive to more active intervention on simple obesity,so as to prevent and control the related chronic diseases caused by simple obesity.
