摘要
目的探讨和分析剖宫产指征及剖宫产率影响因素。方法以2017年7月至2017年12月这一时间段内,在我院接受剖宫产分娩的129例产妇为对象展开此次临床研究;通过对患者各项临床资料展开全面回顾性分析,探讨和分析剖宫产率以及剖宫产指征的印象因素。结果高龄产妇、头盆异常、胎儿窘迫、前置胎盘、瘢痕子宫、产科合并症以及社会因素均会导致剖宫产率上升(P<0.05)。其中,前四大因素为社会因素、瘢痕子宫、胎儿窘迫、前置胎盘。结论在选择产妇分娩方式时,必须严格把握剖宫产指征;尤其要针对具有高危因素的产妇,应当事先制定有效的防控措施,从而有效降低剖宫产率。
Objective To explore and analyze the indications of cesarean section and the influencing factors of cesarean section rate.Methods From July2017to December2017,129parturients who received cesarean section in our hospital were selected to carry out this clinical study.Through a comprehensive retrospective analysis of the clinical data of the patients,the rate of cesarean section and the impression factors of cesarean section indications were discussed and analyzed.Results The rate of cesarean section increased in elderly women,abnormal head and pelvis,fetal distress,placenta previa,scar uterus,obstetric complications and social factors(P<0.05).Among them,the top four major factors are social factors,scar uterus,fetal distress,and preplacenta.Conclusion It is necessary to grasp the indication of cesarean section strictly when choosing the mode of parturient delivery.For women with high risk factors,effective prevention and control measures should be developed in advance,so as to effectively reduce the cesarean section rate.
