摘要
为了探讨分析碳酸镧咀嚼片联合醋酸钙片治疗维持性血液透析患者高磷血症的临床效果,选择90名维持性血液透析高磷血症患者随机分为三组,每组30人,称为研究1组、研究2组和研究3组。研究1组患者选择使用醋酸钙片进行治疗,患者服用剂量为1.334 g/次,患者每天服用3次;研究2组患者在研究1组患者服用药物的基础上加入每天3次服用碳酸镧咀嚼片500 mg进行治疗;研究3组患者采用醋酸钙片每次1.334 g,每日两次,加用碳酸镧片每次500 mg每日三次。三组患者均治疗13周为一个疗程,治疗一个疗程后观察3组患者的治疗效果、不良反应发生率以及升高血钙风险情况。结果表明,碳酸镧咀嚼片联合合适剂量的醋酸钙片治疗,维持性血液透析患者高磷血症具有更加显著的临床效果,且能够有效降低血钙升高风险、控磷效果更好,值得在今后的临床治疗中大力推广和使用。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the clinical effect of lanthanum carbonate chewable tablets combined with calcium acetate tablets in the treatment of hyperphosphatemia in patients with maintenance hemodialysis.Ninety patients with maintenance hemodialysis hyperphosphatemia were randomly divided into three groups,30in each group.It is called study1group,study2group and study3group.Patients in the first group were treated with calcium acetate tablets at a dose of1.334g/time and three times a day.Patients in the two groups were treated with500mg of lanthanum carbonate chewable tablets three times a day on the basis of drug administration in the first group.Patients in the three groups were treated with calcium acetate tablets at1.334g twice a day and lanthanum carbonate tablets at500mg three times a day.All patients in the three groups were treated for one course of treatment for13weeks,and the treatment effect,incidence of adverse reactions and increased risk of blood calcium in the three groups were observed after one course of treatment.The results showed that lanthanum carbonate chewable tablets combined with appropriate dose of calcium acetate tablets for the treatment of hyperphosphatemia in patients with maintenance hemodialysis had more significant clinical effects,and could effectively reduce the risk of elevated blood calcium and better effect of phosphorus control,which is worth vigorously promoting and using in future clinical treatment.
