摘要
首要教学原理认为教学是以聚焦问题为核心,由"激活旧知、示证新知、应用新知、融会贯通"四个学习阶段构成循环圈,并提出了波纹环状教学设计模式。在此理论基础上,针对"创业基础教育"和"初创精英教育"之间的"试创业"阶段的学生设计了创业实践课程,遵循"结构、指导、辅导、反思"的内循环圈,注重培养学生运用知识解决问题、有效表达、有条理执行以及在既定环境下做出适当决策的能力,致力于实现效果好、效率高和参与度大的教学效果。
The First Principle of Instruction holds that teaching is centered on the problem focusing,and the four learning stages of“activation-demonstration-application-integration”constitute the circular circle,and puts forward the teaching design mode of“pebble-in-the-pond”.On the basis of this theory,we designed an entrepreneurship practice course for students in the“trial-starting”phase between“entrepreneurial basic education”and“start-up elite education”,following the internal loop of“structural-guidance-coaching-reflection”and focusing on the training of students’ability to use knowledge to solve problems,effectively express,organize and implement appropriate decisions in a given environment,so as to achieve an effective,efficient and engaging teaching effect.
