摘要
[目的]研究使用抗生素是否可以降低经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术后冠心病患者的复发风险。[方法]回顾性收集2012年1月至2014年1月在我院接受经皮冠状动脉介入治疗的患者。记录并随访患者的基础数据,包括患者合并高血压病、糖尿病、慢性阻塞性肺病、吸烟情况和抗生素使用情况等。分析了随访期间冠心病复发的危险因素。[结果]我们研究共纳入214名接受经皮冠状动脉介入治疗的冠心病患者。合并高血压病、糖尿病、慢性阻塞性肺病和抗生素使用是术后复发的相关因素。应用抗生素的冠心病患者复发率为9. 1%,未应用抗生素的冠心病患者复发率为24. 7%。[结论]适量应用抗生素可降低经皮冠状动脉介入治疗后冠心病患者的复发风险。
Objective〕To study whether the administration of antibiotics can reduce the recurrence risk of coronary heart disease after Percutaneous Coronary Intervention(PCI).〔Methods〕Patients with coronary heart disease who underwent PCI during January2012and January2014in The Heart Center of Henan Provincial Third People's Hospital were retrospectively included,basic information including history of hypertension,diabetes,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,smoking and antibiotic administration were all investigated.Risk factors of recurrence of coronary heart disease were analyzed as well.〔Results〕A total of214patients with coronary heart disease undergoing PCI were included in this study,history of hypertension,diabetes,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,smoking and antibiotic administration were all independent risk factors regarding recurrence rate of coronary heart disease.Recurrence rate of patients with proper administration of antibiotics was estimated as10%while that of patients without proper administration of antibiotics was24.7%.〔Conclusion〕Proper administration of antibiotics can reduce the recurrence risk of coronary heart disease in patients undergoing PCI.
