摘要
目前计算机网络技术的发展有效促进了办公自动化的应用。基于计算机网络的实时办公自动化能够有效降低办公的成本,提升企业运行效率,并为企业带来良好的经济效益。在企业网络办公系统构建的过程中,网络安全是尤为需要进行关注的重点。安全的网络办公系统才能够保证办公系统更好为企业服务,提升企业的办公效率。论述了网络办公自动化的构建要求,并对网络办公自动化的安全策略进行了深入研究。
at present,the development of computer network technology has effectively promoted the application of office automation.Real-time office automation based on computer network can effectively reduce the cost of office work,improve the operational efficiency of enterprises,and bring good economic benefits to enterprises.In the process of building enterprise network office system,network security is the focus of attention.Only a secure network office system can ensure that the office system can better serve the enterprise and improve the office efficiency of the enterprise.This paper discusses the construction requirements of network office automation,and deeply studies the security strategy of network office automation.
