摘要
高校公文管理系统采用网络与传统方法相结合的方法,将公文的电子版进行归档,在互联网上进行交流,在减轻劳动强度的同时,实现对公文的管理、查找、维护等,提高了公文的办理效率,实现了无纸化办公。
The University document management system adopts the method of combining the network with the traditional method,archives the electronic version of the document,communicates on the Internet,reduces the labor intensity,realizes the management,search and maintenance of the document,improves the efficiency of document management,and realizes paperless office.
