摘要
近年来,我国的知识产权创造的重要力量便是各种高校,各种专利的申请还有授权的数量都在快速增长。但是高校专利转化率却很低,有的甚至低于5%,在经济生产中有很多知识产权都不能应用。拟以湖北民族学院为例,通过对实施知识产权推进工程中现状的分析,完成知识产权战略调整,建立起知识产权推进工程管理体系、保障体系,健全、创新成果转化机制,同时聚焦优质知识产权成果的有效培育工程。
In recent years,colleges and universities have become an important force in the creation of intellectual property rights in China.The number of patent applications and authorizations has increased rapidly,but the conversion rate of patents in colleges and universities is lower than 50.Many intellectual property rights cannot be applied in economic production.Especially,the intellectual property strategy of local colleges is still in the groping stage,which hinders the creation,application and transformation of intellectual property.This project takes Hubei Institute for nationalities as an example,through the analysis of the current situation in the implementation of intellectual property promotion projects,the completion of intellectual property strategic adjustment,the establishment of intellectual property promotion project management system,security system,sound,Innovative mechanisms for transforming achievements,while focusing on quality intellectual property achievements effective nurturing project.
