摘要
为改善减震橡胶制品的动静刚度比K_d/K_s,通过采用纯天然橡胶NR、天然胶与顺丁橡胶并用胶NR/BR(并用比85/15)、天然胶与丁苯橡胶并用胶NR/SBR(并用比85/15)等三种不同生胶体系和相同硫化体系的配方,以及相同生胶并用体系NR/BR(并用比70/30)和三种不同硫化体系的配方,分别按照日本JISK6394标准制备试样,然后对各标准试样进行动静刚度比K_d/K_s测试试验。测试结果表明,纯天然橡胶NR配方的K_d/K_s最小,当NR与BR、SBR等橡胶并用后,其K_d/K_s都有所提高;而NR/BR(70/30)标准试样中,高硫低促硫化体系配方试样的K_d/K_s最小,当使用低硫高促和全硫载体硫化体系时,试样的K_d/K_s均有所增大,其中全硫载体硫化体系配方试样的K_d/K_s最高。因此,制造减振性能优良的天然胶类减震橡胶制品时,应优先考虑采用高硫低促硫化体系的基本配方。
In order to improve the ratio of dynamic stiffness to static stiffness(i.e.,Kd/Ks)of the shock-absorbing rubber products,this article through application of three different raw rubbers,namely the pure NR natural rubber,blend of NR/BR(weight ratio85/15)and blend of NR/SBR(weight ratio85/15)with the same formula of vulcanization system,and also through application of same raw rubber,namely blend of NR/BR(weight ratio70/30)with three different formulas of vulcanizing systems,corresponding different standard samples were prepared in accordance with JISK6394standard in Japan.Then the dynamic and static stiffness ratio Kd/Ks test of these standard samples were carried out.The test results show that the formula of pure NR has lowest dynamic and static stiffness ratio,when NR were blended by other rubber(for example BR or SBR),their dynamic and static stiffness ratio have been rised.These samples which were vulcanized by the high sulfur and low accelerator vulcanization system have minimum dynamic and static stiffness ratio,those samples which were vulcanized by the low sulfur and high accelerator vulcanization system,their dynamic and static stiffness ratio have been rised,and some samples which were vulcanized by the total sulfur carrier vulcanization system have highest dynamic and static stiffness ratio.When manufacturing natural rubber shock-absorbing products with lower dynamic and static stiffness ratio Kd/Ks,the formula of high sulfur and low accelerator vulcanization system should be preferred.
