摘要
研究蓝晶石尾矿粒径、用量及改性对天然橡胶(NR)胶料性能的影响。结果表明,当未改性蓝晶石尾矿粒径[D90(累计分布达到90%的粒径)]为2.75μm和用量为50份时,NR硫化胶的综合物理性能最佳;各改性剂(硬脂酸、铝酸酯、棕榈酸和偶联剂KH-550)改性蓝晶石尾矿(粒径为2.75μm)的NR胶料的FL和F_(max)增大,其中偶联剂KH-550改性蓝晶石尾矿的NR胶料的t10和t90缩短,NR硫化胶的300%定伸应力、拉伸强度和撕裂强度最大,分别为9.8 MPa,24.3 MPa和42 kN·m^(-1);偶联剂KH-550改性蓝晶石尾矿与NR的粘结较好,其NR硫化胶的撕裂断面较为粗糙、致密。
The effects of the particle size,dosage and modification of kyanite tailings on properties of natural rubber(NR)compounds were studied.The results showed that when the unmodified kyanite tailings particle size[D90(the cumulative distribution particle size of 90%)]was 2.75μm and the dosage was 50 phr,the comprehensive physical properties of the NR vulcanizates were the best.The FL and F_(max) of the NR compounds with the kyanite tailings(the particle size was 2.75μm)modified by various modifiers(stearic acid,aluminate,palmitic acid and coupling agent KH-550)increased,and among them,the t10 and t90 of the NR compound with the kyanite tailings modified by coupling agent KH-550 were shortened,the tensile stress at 300%elongation,tensile strength and tear strength of the NR vulcanizate were the highest,which were 9.8 MPa,24.3 MPa and 42 kN·m^(-1),respectively.Kyanite tailings modified by coupling agent KH-550 had better bonding with NR,and the tear section of the NR vulcanizate was rough and dense.
