摘要
本文主要针对乳制品中维生素B_1测定的衍生条件及流动相条件进行了优化研究。在衍生条件方面,将氢氧化钠的浓度增加至140g·L^(-1),将衍生样品的取样量降低至2mL;流动相优化方面,将乙酸钠与甲醇的体积比调整为70∶30。经测试,该条件测定乳制品中维生素B_1回收率在93.5%~98.0%,相对标准偏差RSD为2.69%(n=6),适用于乳制品中维生素B1的测定。
This article mainly focuses on the optimization of the derivatives and flow phase conditions of vitamin B1 determination in milk products,increasing the concentration of sodium hydroxide to 140 g·L^-1 and reduce the sample size of to 2 mL.In the flow phase optimization,the volume ratio of sodium acetate and methanolis adjusted to 70∶30.The recovery rate of vitamin B1 in dairy products was measured at 93.5%~98.0%,and the relative standard deviation RSD was 2.69%(n=6).This method is suitable for the determination of vitamin B1 in dairy products.
