摘要
目的对三维适形放疗联合新辅助化疗治疗局部晚期非小细胞肺癌的效果进行探讨。方法方便选取该院2015年7月—2017年7月期间收治的68例局部晚期非小细胞肺癌患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,各34例,对照组采用三维适形放疗方案治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上联合新辅助化疗方案治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果治疗总有效率方面,观察组为67.65%,对照组为41.18%,观察组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=12.927,P<0.05);不良反应方面,观察组中恶心呕吐发生率最高,占52.94%,对照组中放射性食管炎发生率最高,占52.94%。结论新辅助化疗与三维适形放疗联合治疗局部晚期非小细胞肺癌,治疗效果较好,在临床中有推广应用的价值。
Objective To study the effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with three dimensional conformal radiotherapy of locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer.Methods68cases of patients with locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer admitted and treated in our hospital from July2015to July2017were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups,with34cases in each,the control group used the three dimensional conformal radiotherapy,while the observation group used the neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with three dimensional conformal radiotherapy,and the treatment effect was compared between the two groups.Results The total treatment effective rate in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group(67.65%vs41.18%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=12.927,P<0.05),and the incidence rate of nausea and vomiting in the observation group was the highest,accounting for52.94%,and the incidence rate of radiation esophagitis in the control group was the highest,accounting for52.94%.Conclusion The effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with three dimensional conformal radiotherapy of locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer is better,which is of promotion and application value.
