成都地区三级甲等医院护工现状分析及对策 被引量:14

Analysis of the Status Quo of the Assistant Nursing Personnel in Third-grade Class-A Hospitals of Chengdu Regions and the Countermeasures

摘要 目的了解成都地区三级甲等医院护工现状,分析存在的问题,探讨解决办法,为医疗卫生部门相关决策提供参考依据。方法采用自编护工现状调查问卷和自测健康评定量表(SRHMSV 1.0)对成都地区11所三甲医院的护工及家属进行问卷调查。结果 1)成都市三甲医院护工主要来源于农村,学历低,主要迫于生计,被动择业,认为护工群体面临的困难有社会地位低、工作难度大、保障滞后和风险责任大,15.8%的护工未参与过任何岗前培训;2)护工健康评定量表总分比城市职业人群高(t=12.72,P<0.001),其中在生理健康(t=15.47,P<0.001)、心理健康(t=13.84,P<0.001)的分数比城市职业人群高;社会健康中,社会支持因子得分比城市职业人群的得分低(t=-3.26,P<0.001)。结论成都地区三甲医院护工来源多,市场管理较混乱,建议规范管理,提高护工素质,实行准入制度,改善护工权益保障。 Objective To investigate the status quo of the assistant nursing personnel of the third-grade class-A hospitals in Chengdu regions,analyze the existing problems and explore the countermeasure in order to provide the references of making the relevant policies for the medical health department.Methods The questionnaire survey was conducted among the assistant nursing personnel and their family members of11third-grade class-A hospitals in Chengdu regions by the self-compiled questionnaire and self-rated health measurement scale(SRHMSV1.0).Results Firstly,most of the assistant nursing personnel of the third-grade class-A hospitals in Chengdu regions came from the rural areas with less education,and they were compelled to undertake this job by the necessity of earning a living.62.5%of them were managed by the housekeeping service company or the training company,and they thought they were faced with such problems as low social status,great work difficulties,delayed job security,and great risk responsibility.16.6%of them didn't receive any pre-job training.Secondly,the assistant nursing personnel has significantly higher scores in SRHMS than the other urban occupational population(t=15.47,P<0.01),especially in the physical health(t=13.84,P<0.01)and the mental health(t=-3.26,P<0.05),while they had significantly lower scores in the social support(t=-3.26,P<0.05).Conclusion The sources of assistant nursing personnel in the third-grade class-A hospitals of Chengdu regions are diverse and the market management is rather disorderly.Therefore,it is proposed to standardize the management,improve the quality of assistant nursing personnel,implement the admittance system,and ameliorate the guarantee of their rights and interests.
