摘要
目的了解保安人员的自测健康状况,探讨对保安开展有针对性的群体健康教育和心理疏导的必要性。方法应用自测健康评定量表（SRHMSV1.0）对广州市某区220名保安人员进行现场测试,并与20～30岁的一般人群、广州市大中专在校学生和常州市公安人员的调查数据作对比分析。结果保安人员生理健康子量表得分[（147.10±14.03）分]高于20～30岁一般人群[（140.27±13.53）分]、大中专学生[（142.26±11.17）分]和公安人员[（135.64±15.09）分],差异具有显著性（P〈0.01）;保安人员心理健康子量表得分[（95.59±21.79）分]低于20～30岁一般人群[（100.85±20.43）分]、大中专学生[（101.11±20.39）分]和公安人员[（101.34±22.56）分],差异具有显著性（P〈0.01）;保安人员社会健康子量表得分与其他人群差异无显著性（P〉0.05）。结论保安系统继续加强身体素质训练的同时,给予个体心理健康辅导,增加各种社会互动活动。
Objective To find out self-rated health status on guards and explore the necessity of conducting health education and psychological canalization for groups of guards. Methods There were 220 guards involved the field test with SRHMS V1.0 in Guangzhou. The results of the test were compared with normal persons between 20 and 30 years old, students of universities in Guangzhou and public security personnel in Changzhou for analysis. Results The scores of the guards （ 147. 10 ±14.03 ） were higher than the normal persons between 20 and 30 years old （ 140.27 ± 13.53）, students of universities （ 142.26 ±11. 17） and public security personnel （ 135.64 ± 15.09） in physical health sub-scales and there were significant differences between them（ P〈0.01 ）. The scores of the guards （ 95.59± 21.79 ） were lower than the normal persons between 20 and 30 years old （ 100.85± 20.43）, students of Universities （ 101.11± 20.39） and public security personnel（ 101.34 ± 22.56） in psychological health sub-scales and there were significant differences between them（ P 〈 0.01 ）. There were not remarkable significant differences （ P 〉 0.05 ） in social health sub-scales of the SRHMS V1.0. Conclusion It not only needs to continue strengthen physical training, but also give them aid on psychological health for individuals.
