摘要
目的探讨多层螺旋计算机断层扫描(MSCT)灌注检查应用于糖尿病肾病患者肾功能评估工作中的实际价值。方法选取2015年1月—2017年12月该院收治的35例患者作为研究对象,对照组健康人群均接受MSCT灌注检查,记录两组MSCT检查结果,即BF、MTT、BV、PS等数值,分析研究组MSCT检查前后实验室相关肾功能指标变化情况。结果研究组糖尿病肾病患者MSCT检查所得BF、BV、PS等数值均显著低于对照组健康人群,而研究组糖尿病肾病患者MSCT检查所得MTT值则显著高于对照组健康人群(P<0.05);研究组糖尿病肾病患者经MSCT检查后MAU、UAER、scr等指标与检查前对比(P>0.05)。结论应用MSCT灌注评估糖尿病肾病患者肾功能有效性、安全性均较优,可为临床医生诊治糖尿病肾病提供可靠依据。
Objective To investigate the practical value of multi-slice spiral computed tomography(MSCT)perfusion examination in the evaluation of renal function in patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods35cases Patients in the study group with diabetic nephropathy from January2015to December2017and healthy people in the control group underwent MSCT perfusion examination.The results of MSCT examination,namely BF,MTT,BV,PS,etc.,were recorded.The changes of laboratory-related renal function indexes before and after MSCT examination in the study group were analyzed.Results The BF,BV,and PS values of MSCT in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group.The MTT of MSCT in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the MAU,UAER,scr and other indicators of patients with diabetic nephropathy in the study group were compared with those before the examination,P>0.05.Conclusion The application of MSCT perfusion to evaluate the renal function and safety of patients with diabetic nephropathy is superior,which can provide a reliable basis for clinicians to treat diabetic nephropathy.
