摘要
以某车型前防撞梁为研究对象,利用仿真软件对其在高速正面碰撞下的工况进行模拟,从仿真结果中对模型的能量变化及质量变化得出模型建立的正确性与可靠性。通过分析部件的吸能、变形特性及截面力时间历程曲线,得出该防撞梁系统可达到汽车零部件设计中轻量化、安全性标准,对今后铝制防撞梁的结构设计具有一定的参考价值。
Taking the front bumper as the research object,the working conditions of the high-speed collision was simulated using simulation software.The correctness and reliability of the model was obtained by the energy and quality conversion.By analyzing the deformation and energy absorption characteristics of the components as well as the cross-section curves,the results proved that the de.sign of this bumper could achieve lightweight and safety principles,which could provide a reference for the design of aluminum bum.per design.
