摘要
以某车型在低速碰撞中吸能盒非正常变形问题解决为例,首先对仿真分析与试验结果进行相关性分析,获得能够真实复现试验中问题的仿真模型,然后在此模型基础上进行试验问题原因分析及吸能盒结构优化,最终制定问题解决方案,并通过理论验证方案有效性。最后通过实车低速碰撞试验验证,确保该车型低速碰撞性能满足公司性能设计目标要求。
The problem of non normal deformation of the energy absorbing box of one car in the low speed crash is solved as an example. Firstly, the correlation analysis between the simulation analysis and the test results is analyzed, when the simulation model can reproduce the problem in the test, based on this model to analyze the causes of the test problem and optimize the energy absorbing box structure. Then, the solution of the problem is formulated and validated by the theoretic method. Finally, we use the verification of real car low speed crash test to ensure the low speed crash performance of this car can meet the performance requirements of company.
