摘要
目前已存在的行业标准中,孔板流量计理论计算公式繁多,计算出的流量在实际应用时存在较大误差。文中通过对孔板流量计结构、测量原理进行分析,推导出流量计算公式,换算出对应的标况下的流量计算方法。并与实际测量的流量进行了对比,结果表明,计算误差较小,验证了该计算方法的有效性。
In the industrial standards existed at present,there are numerous orifice flowmeter theories,the calculated flow has big errors during practical application.Through analysis to the orifice flowmeter structure and principle of measurement,this paper deduced flow calculation formula and converted flow calculation method under the normal condition.The converted flow was compared with the flow actually measured.The result showed that,the calculation error is small and the effectiveness of this calculation method is verified.
