摘要
ISO5167∶2003(E)的标准内容是基于最新研究试验的成果,具有更高的可靠性和可信度。列举国内采用标准不规范的一些现象,它是降低节流式差压流量计权威性的主要原因,不折不扣地贯彻标准的各项规定,是提高测量准确度和可靠性的主要方法。提出标准节流装置设计与使用方式的新设想,可以更有效地进行计量监督,推动市场竞争使产品质量提高。
The contents of the Standard ISO5167:2003(E) are based on the latest research and test results and have higher reliability and credibility.The domestic situations to adopt standards abnormally are listed,and these are the major reasons to reduce the authoritativeness of the differential pressure throttle flowmeters.Thus carrying through the provisions of the standard is the only way to improve the measurement accuracy and reliability.The new concept of design and operation of standard throttle device is pointed out,it can more effectively accomplish measuring supervision and promote competition in the market,so that the quality of product is to be enhanced.
