摘要
环氧丙烷和苯乙烯生产废水具有碱度和浊度高,含磷浓度低的特点,为确保其达标排放,采用三氯化铁和PFAC为混凝剂进行强化混凝除磷除浊试验。试验结果表明,除磷率和除浊率受原水碱度和混凝剂投加量的影响,将原水pH值调至8.0~8.5以后,混凝剂投加量大大降低,且出水总磷及浊度可降低至0.5 mg/L、 10 NTU以下,处理费用大大降低。
Epoxypropane and styrene production wastewater has characteristics of high basicity,high turbidity,and low phosphorus concentration,in order to ensure up-to-standard discharge,ferric trichloride and PFAC were adopted as coagulants for phosphorus and turbidity removal in enhanced coagulation test.The test results showed that,the removal rates of phosphorus and turbidity were affected by raw water basicity and coagulants dosage,when the pH value was adjusted to 8.0-8.5,the coagulants dosage were greatly decreased,and the mass concentration of effluent total phosphorus decreased to 0.5 mg/L,and the turbidity decreased to 10 NTU,the treatment cost was greatly reduced.
