Research on Phosphorus Removal by Different Kinds of Inorganic Flocculants

摘要 为解决因总磷(TP)含量过高而引起的富营养化问题,国家规定污水处理厂的TP排放浓度需达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918-2002)一级A排放标准。研究了铝盐、铁盐、钙盐3种无机混凝剂对TP的去除效率,结果表明:水样中TP浓度为6. 67 mg/L时,铝盐混凝剂AlCl_3,Al_2(SO_4)_3,PAC的适宜投加量分别为200 mg/L(p H=7),240 mg/L(pH=6),380 mg/L(pH=7);铁盐混凝剂FeCl_3,FeSO_4,PFS的适宜投加量分别为180 mg/L(pH=5),1200 mg/L(pH=8),300 mg/L(p H=6);钙盐混凝剂CaO的适宜投加量为650 mg/L(pH=10)。综合考虑投加量和pH条件,7种不同无机混凝剂除磷效果优劣排序为:FeCl_3> AlCl_3> Al_2(SO_4)_3> PFS> PAC> CaO> FeSO_4。FeCl_3的最佳混凝除磷条件为:混合时间为60 s,絮凝反应时间为25 min,沉淀时间为30 min。 Phosphorus is the main element resulting in eutrophication,which makes environmental pollution increasingly serious. In order to control water pollution caused by excessive phosphorus,the final effluent quality of total phosphorus (TP) should reach the first class level A emission standards of Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant (GB 18918-2002). In this paper,the efficiency of TP removal of aluminum salts,ferric salts and calcium salts was studied,which can be helpful to the actual process of municipal wastewater treatment. TP concentration of simulation wastewater was 6. 67 mg/L. The results showed that the optimum dosage and p H of AlCl3 were 200 mg/L and 7,of Al2(SO4)3 were 240 mg/L and 6,of PAC were380 mg/L and 7,of FeCl3 were 180 mg/L and 5,of FeSO4 were 1 200 mg/L and 8,of PFS were 300 mg/L and6,of Ca O were 650 mg/L and 10. Considering the factors of dosage and p H,it's found that phosphorus removal effect is FeCl3 〉AlCl3 〉Al2(SO4)3〉 PFS 〉PAC〉 CaO〉 FeSO4. We took FeCl3 for example,the optimum coagulation conditions are mixing time 60 s,flocculation time 25 min and settling time 30 min.
