火炮磨损身管中弹带挤进过程模拟研究 被引量:8

摘要 为了研究身管寿命历程中不同磨损状态对弹带挤进过程的反作用,将身管磨损状态描述为沿轴向内膛径向扩张及膛线(非)导转侧的形状退化2种形式,并采用脚本建模方法建立其网格模型,然后在计及非弹性功转化热因素下,利用ABAQUS/Explicit及幅值子程序Vuamp和摩擦子程序Vfriction构建了磨损身管中弹带挤进的热力耦合有限元模型,通过数值仿真手段研究并对比磨损后挤进参数的变化规律。结果表明:随着磨损加剧,挤进加快,期间的速度、压力及阻力均受到不同程度的影响,其中挤进速度对磨损率的变化更为敏感;随着相对已燃质量的减少,各项能量指标也发生了变化。 To investigate the influence of different bore wear of barrel on engraving process,the wear state of barrel was described as radial expansion along the axis on the inner bore and the shape degradation of the(non)rifle guide side,and the script modeling method was used to establish the wear barrel model.Taking into account the thermal effects of inelastic heat produce,the Abaqus/Explicit and its subroutine Vuamp and Vfriction were used to establish the thermo-mechanical coupling model,and the variation characteristics of engraving-process parameters were analyzed and compared.The simulation results show that with the increase of wear degree,the squeezed time is shortened,and the velocity of projectile,pressure behind the projectile and engraving resistance are all affected in varying degrees during the period.With the reduction of relative combustible mass,various energy indicators also change.
