摘要
针对弹丸在炮膛内发射过程的非线性、高度耦合、大变形等极限状态的问题,合理确定和处理了弹丸与火炮身管的材料本构模型、摩擦和接触,建立了完全符合真实尺寸和发射状态的有限元仿真模型,实现了弹丸在火炮膛内发射全过程的仿真分析。并将仿真结果与真实的火炮射击试验结果进行了对比,验证了有限元仿真模型和仿真结果的正确性、有效性和精确性,计算结果稳定可靠,为火炮身管、炮弹的设计以及弹炮匹配性分析提供了一种有效的有限元分析方法。
Aiming at the problems of nonlinear,highly coupled,large deformation and other limit states of the projectile launching process in the gun chamber,this paper reasonably determined and dealed with the material constitutive model,friction and contact between the projectile and the gun barrel,established a finite element simulation model that fully conforms to the real size and launching state,and realized the simulation analysis of the whole process of projectile launching in the gun chamber.By comparing the simulation results with the actual launch test results,the correctness,validity and accuracy of the finite element model and simulation results were verified,Which provides an effective finite element method for the design of artillery and shells and the analysis of projectile-barrel matching.
