摘要
当前,京津冀协同发展是一项重大国家发展战略。京津冀地区在发展大数据产业方面各自都具备独特的优势,但也都存在着一些局限因素。因此,在三地协同创新发展的大框架下,依托北京的研发优势、天津的产业化集群优势以及河北省的自然资源和土地资源丰富的优势,抓住京津冀协同发展的国家发展战略,有效实现京津冀三地在发展大数据产业方面的优势互补,各自取长补短,实现产业发展的协同创新,是加快三地大数据产业发展的关键所在。
At present,the coordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei is a major national development strategy.Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei have their unique advantages in developing big data industries,but there are also some limitations.Therefore,under the framework of synergy and innovation development of three regions,relying on the advantages of Beijing’s R&D advantages,Tianjin’s industrial cluster advantages,and the rich natural resources and rich land resources of Hebei Province,each of them will catch up with each other and seize the national development strategy of the coordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,and effectively realize the advantage complementation in big data industry of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei and the coordinated development of industrial development.Thesse are the key to speed up the development of the big data industries.
