摘要
大数据发展深刻改变着社会经济发展环境、战略决策方式、产业生态系统。大数据时代,高新技术企业需要承担更大的创新责任,面临着提高数据综合能力的巨大压力和数据安全的潜在危机。文章认为,高新技术企业应及时调整发展战略和创新管理模式,重点是建立以社会公众为决策主体的战略管理模式,建立健全大数据安全防范和规范体系,加强大数据公共服务体系建设和协同合作。
Large data development profoundly changing socio-economic environment for development, strategic decision-making, as well as industrial ecosystems. In large data era, high-tech enterprises need to take greater responsibility for innovation in facing enormous pressure of improve data integration capability and potential data security crisis. This paper considers that the high-tech enterprises should promptly adjust their development strategies and innovative management model, the point is focusing on the establishment of public decision-making body for strategic management, establish and improve a large data security and regulatory system, strengthen the public service system for large data and collaboration.
