新型单兵爬墙装备专用吸盘密封结构设计与仿真分析 被引量:1

摘要 为了提高现用单兵爬墙装备专用吸盘的密封性能,设计一种采用双层密封的新型密封结构,其外层采用丁腈橡胶来提供足够大的剪切强度和保证吸盘内部流场的稳定性,内层采用硅泡沫橡胶以便更好地补充墙壁的缝隙,减少真空吸盘的气体泄漏量。利用有限元分析软件Abaqus对2种吸盘的密封结构进行进行仿真分析,并比较2种密封结构陷入墙壁分格缝的变形量大小。仿真结果表明,新结构的缝隙填充率可以达到40%,远大于现用密封结构的缝隙填充率2%。利用Fluent软件对变形后的2种吸盘的内部流场进行分析,发现新结构的真空度提高了10%左右,因而从理论上证明了新型密封结构工作的有效性。 In order to improve the sealing performance of the sucker used in present individual climbing wall equipment,a new sealing structure with double layer seal was designed.The outer layer adopts nitrile rubber to provide sufficient shear strength and ensure the stability of the internal flow field of the sucker.The inner layer adopts Silicon foaming rubber to compensate the cracks in the wall and reduce the gas leakage of the vacuum sucker.The sealing structures of two suction cups were studied by using the finite element analysis software Abaqus,and the amount of deformation of two sealing structures into the wall meshes was compared.The simulation results show that the gap filling rate of the new structure can reach 40%,which is far greater than the gap filling rate of 2%of the current sealing structure.The internal flow field of two suction cups after deformation was analyzed by using Fluent software.It is found that the vacuum of the new structure is increased by about 10%,therefore,the effectiveness of the new sealing structure is proved theoretically.
