摘要
改革开放40年来,我国教师职业的经济地位、社会地位有了显著提升。基于专业证据的教师职业吸引力研究却表明:改革开放后尤其是近20年来,我国候选教师生源质量显著下滑;教师职业中男性从业者占比全面持续下降;教师行业经济待遇处于全行业平均水平且提升缓慢,其工资水平低于卫生、社会福利、科学研究、技术服务等相关行业。振兴教师教育,推进教师教育现代化,必须着眼于从加强教师立法、提高教师经济待遇、弘扬尊师重教的传统文化、保障候选教师生源质量多维度提升教师职业的吸引力。
In the past forty years of reform and opening-up,the economic status and social status of teachers in China have been significantly improved.Based on the professional evidence,the study of teachers’professional attraction shows that in the40years of the reform and opening-up,especially in the past two decades,the quality of candidate teachers in China has declined obviously,that the proportion of male practitioners in the teaching profession has decreased continually,and that the salary of teachers is in the average level of the whole industry and the growth is slow,and the salary level of teachers is lower than that of health,social welfare,research,technical services and other related industries.To revitalize teacher education and promote the modernization of teacher education,the whole society must focus on improving the teachers’professional attraction from the aspects of law,economy,culture and quality assurance.
