摘要
目的探讨开腹手术与腹腔镜手术对结直肠癌的治疗效果及对术后肠梗阻发生率的影响。方法将106例结直肠癌患者按随机数字表法分为腹腔镜组(腹腔镜手术治疗)和开腹组(开腹手术治疗),各53例。比较两组的治疗效果。结果腹腔镜组的手术时间长于开腹组,切口长度、术中出血量均优于开腹组(P<0.05)。腹腔镜组的住院时间、术后肛门排气时间、引流管留置时间、尿管留置时间、进流质饮食时间、下床活动时间均短于开腹组(P<0.05)。腹腔镜组术后肠梗阻总发生率低于开腹组(P<0.05)。结论相较于开腹手术,腹腔镜手术在结直肠癌的治疗中更具优势,其可明显提高治疗效果,降低术后肠梗阻的发生率,值得在临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of laparotomy and laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of colorectal cancer and their impacts on the incidence of postoperative intestinal obstruction.Methods A total of106patients with colorectal cancer were divided into laparoscopic group(treated with laparoscopic surgery)and laparotomy group(treated with laparotomy)according to the random number table method,with53cases in each group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The surgical time of the laparoscopic group was longer than that of the laparotomy group,the length of incision and amount of intraoperative blood loss were better than those of the laparotomy group(P<0.05).The hospitalization time,postoperative anal exhaust time,indwelling time of drainage tube and urinary catheter,time of intake liquid diet and getting out of bed in the laparoscopic group were shorter than those in the laparotomy group(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative intestinal obstruction in the laparoscopic group was lower than that in the laparotomy group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the laparotomy group,laparoscopic surgery has more advantages in the treatment of colorectal cancer.It can significantly improve the therapeutic effect,decrease the incidence of postoperative intestinal obstruction.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
