摘要
壳聚糖是一种天然生物材料,其来源广泛,但是由于壳聚糖吸水溶胀所导致的在湿环境下机械性能差、容易降解等问题极大地限制了壳聚糖材料的应用。通过物理交联和化学交联等方式将壳聚糖制备成水凝胶可以有效提高壳聚糖的利用率,同时能扩大水凝胶的应用范围。该文对壳聚糖复合水凝胶的制备方法及其在吸附方面的应用进行了总结,并对目前国内外的研究进展进行了分析和讨论,最后展望了壳聚糖复合水凝胶后期的研究重点和方向。
Chitosan is a kind of natural biological material,which has a wide range of sources.However,its utilization rate is not high due to the poor mechanical properties and easy degradation in wet environment.These properties have greatly restricted the application of chitosan materials.Chitosan was prepared to hydrogel by physical cross-linking and chemical cross-linking,which can effectively improve the utilization of chitosan and enlarge the application range of hydrogel.In this paper,the preparation method of composite hydrogel based on chitosan,and the application of chitosan hydrogelused as adsorption materiels were carded and summarized.The current research progress at home and abroad was analyzed and discussed.Finally,the focus and direction of future research were pointed out.
