摘要
目的:探索医院监护仪网格化管理的经验及其临床价值。方法:委托第三方专业网络公司对医院9个病区现有的90台分散于各床位边独立使用的移动式床边患者监护仪进行连网和布控,将监护仪监护到的患者信息实时同步地显示在护士台的服务器上,使每台监护仪的实时信息均可通过报警信息回传于护士台服务器,并同步显示于中央监护工作站的显示器。结果:通过对移动式床边患者监护仪进行网格化管理,医务人员能够第一时间观察到患者的监护情况及其病情变化,实现对科室内全部在用监护仪所监测信息的整体掌控;将散在的Internet网络信息合理地整合构成数据库,使得医疗设备终端随时可对存储信息进行互通、交流和共享。结论:监护仪的网格化管理可使医务人员即时监护患者病情变化,掌控科室内全部在用监护仪的整体情况,网格化管理整合的数据库资源可实现信息共享,提高医院监护仪管理水平。
Objective:To explore the experience and clinical value of grid management of bedside monitors of patients in hospital.Methods:The third party professional network company was entrusted to connect and distribute 90 mobile bedside monitors which were separated and used independently in 9 inpatient wards of TCM-integrated Hospital.The patients'information that were monitored by the monitors were displayed on the server of the nurses'desk in real time and synchronously,so that the real-time information of each monitor could be transmitted back to the server of the nurses'desk through the alarm information and be displayed synchronously on the displayer of the central monitoring workstation.Results:Through the grid management for mobile bedside monitor of patient,medical staff can observe the patient's monitoring situation and the change of the patient's condition at the first time,and can realize the overall control for the monitoring information of all in-use monitors in the department.Through the grid management,scattered internet network information can be integrated organically and reasonably to construct a database which can take medical equipment terminals to exchange,communicate and share the stored information at any time.Conclusion:The grid management of monitors enables the medical staffs to monitor the change of patient's condition at any time,also to control the overall situation of all in-use monitors in department.And integrated database resource by grid management can realize information sharing and enhance management level for monitors of hospital.
