摘要
医疗设备操作规程作为正确指引,是医务人员学习并掌握医疗设备规范操作和维护措施的一个重要途径。对医疗设备操作规程进行规范化管理,是保证医务人员操作规程学习效果的重要前提。PDCA循环是保证全面质量管理体系运转的重要方法,在各类科学管理项目中均有广泛应用。该研究基于PDCA循环,找出现阶段医疗设备操作规程在临床使用过程中出现问题的主要原因,然后制定相应的优化对策并实施,最后进行效果检验和总结,以期促进医疗设备操作规程的规范化管理。
As a correct guide,medical equipment operating procedures are an important way for medical personnel to learn and master the standardized operation and maintenance measures of medical equipment.Standardized management of medical equipment operating procedures is an important premise to ensure the effect of learning operating procedures for medical personnel.PDCA cycle which is widely used in all kinds of scientific management projects is an important method for the operation of total quality management system.Based on the PDCA cycle,this paper found out the main reasons for the problems in the clinical use of medical equipment operating procedures at the present stage,then formulated the corresponding optimization countermeasures and implemented them,finally carried out the effect test and summary,aiming at promoting the standardized management of medical equipment operating procedures.
