摘要
为了解不同运动项群对大学生身体自尊和健康人格的影响,选取三大项群中的8个运动项目为干预方式,对500名大一新生进行了一年的体育教学干预。采用PSPP和大学生健康人格量表在实验前后对学生进行测量,并通过混合线性模型、方差分析、路径分析等方法进行统计。结果表明:(1)不同运动项群对大学生的身体自尊和健康人格均有不同程度的影响,测试时间和运动项群对身体自尊的交互效应不显著、对聪慧性和责任感的交互效应显著;(2)同场对抗性运动项群对男大学生身体自尊影响较大,隔网对抗性运动项群和难美性运动项群对女大学生身体自尊影响较大;(3)不同运动项群中身体自尊对健康人格影响的程度不同,同场对抗性运动项群中身体自尊对健康人格的影响最大。
In order to understand the effect of different sports event groups on the college students’physical self-esteem and healthy personality,this paper selects eight sport events from the three event groups as the means of intervention.Sports teaching intervention of500freshmen for a year.We measured students experiments before and after by using PSPP and college students’healthy personality scale.And we analyzed statistical data by using methods such as the mixed linear model,variance analysis and path analysis.Results show:(1)Different sports event groups had effect on physical self-esteem and healthy personality of college students,the test of time and sports event groups had no significant interaction effect on the physical self-esteem but intelligent and sense of responsibility;(2)Field competition event groups had a greater influence on the physical self-esteem for male college students,net sport event groups and high-craft aesthetic event groups had a greater influence on the physical self-esteem for female college students;(3)Physical self-esteem had varying degrees of impact on the healthy personality in different sports event groups,that field competition event groups is the largest.
