摘要
本文采用正交试验法,以坡口切割质量为检验指标,考察切割速度、切割电流、切割气压三项因素对坡口切割质量影响,优选等离子切割立式罐罐壁坡口最佳工艺参数,确定了不同壁厚板材最佳切割工艺参数,保证了立式罐罐壁坡口切割质量。
In this paper,using orthogonal test method,groove cutting quality inspection index,cutting speed,cutting current,cutting pressure three factors effect on cutting quality of the groove,optimizing plasma cutting vertical jars of wall groove optimum technological parameters,determines the optimum cutting parameters of different wall thickness plate,guarantee the cutting quality of the vertical wall groove jars.
