基于三维激光扫描及凸包算法的油罐底部排量快速测量 被引量:4

摘要 针对传统立式金属油罐底量计量方法测量准确度不高、重复性不好等问题,提出一种立式罐底部排量快速测量方法。该方法以三维激光扫描仪获取的罐体点云数据为研究对象,采用计算几何学的寻找凸包算法,形成三维凸包,并通过投影法计算立式罐底部排量。以立式罐为对象并与几何测量法进行对比,分析快速方法的重复性及准确性。快速方法与几何测量法的重复性误差分别为1. 28%及11. 81%,测量结果均值的相对偏差为7. 43%。 A rapid volume measurement method for vertical oil tank bottom displacement was proposed to overcome the shortcomings of traditional methods in low accuracy and low repeatability. The 3D point cloud data via 3D laser scanner was used as the study object. The 3D convex hulls construction algorithm based on computational geometry was used to form a 3D convex hull. Then calculate its volume by projection method. In order to verify the accuracy of the rapid method, a vertical oil tank was selected for test, the repetitive error 10 ts is 1.28%. Then measure it with traditional method,the repetitive error is 11.81%. The relative deviation of two methods was 7.43%.
