脱落酸处理对低温胁迫下茄子幼苗生理生态的影响 被引量:4

Effects of Abscisic Acid Treatment on Eco-physiological Characteristics of Eggplant Seedlings under Low Temperature Stress

摘要 为了研究喷施不同浓度脱落酸(ABA)对低温胁迫下茄子幼苗生理生态的影响。通过穴盘试验,研究了茄子幼苗在低温胁迫下进行喷施不同浓度的ABA(0、10、30、40 mmol/L)处理对茄子幼苗生理生态的影响。结果表明:低温胁迫下喷施不同ABA浓度处理茄子幼苗的生理生长存在显著的差异,喷施浓度为10 mmol/L的ABA处理茄子幼苗,其地上部分生物量较对照增加14.25%,叶绿素a、叶绿素b和类胡萝卜素含量较对照分别增加2.25%、6.03%和3.23%,而其他浓度处理下的光合色素含量均有所降低。10 mmol/L的ABA处理下茄子幼苗的超氧化物歧化酶和过氧化物酶活性较对照分别提高2.28%和10.68%,过氧化氢酶活性较对照提高7.85倍,可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量分别增加97.98%和31.48%,相对电导率和丙二醛含量较对照分别减少20.73个百分点和39.10%。说明10 mmol/L的ABA处理能有效促进低温胁迫对茄子幼苗的生长,缓解低温胁迫对茄子幼苗生长的影响,提高茄子幼苗对低温胁迫的抵抗能力。 Different concentrations of ABA(0,10,30,40 mmol/L)were adopted to study effects on eco-physiological characteristics of eggplant plug seedlings under low temperature stress.The results showed that there was a significant difference in the physiological growth of eggplant seedlings sprayed with different ABA concentrations under low temperature stress.Compared with the control,the shoots biomass of eggplant seedlings increased by 14.25%with ABA treated at 10 mmol/L,and the contents of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and carotenoid were increased by 2.25%,6.03%and 3.23%respectively,while the photosynthetic pigments in other concentrations were decreased.10 mmol/L ABA improved the superoxide dismutase and peroxidase activities of eggplant seedlings by 2.28%and 10.68%.The activity of catalase was increased by 7.85 times,the content of soluble sugar and soluble protein increased by 97.98%and 31.48%respectively,and the relative conductance and malondialdehyde content decreased by 20.73 percentage points and 39.10%respectively.Spraying with 10 mmol/L ABA can effectively promote the growth of eggplant seedlings under low temperature stress,alleviate the low temperature stress on the growth of eggplant seedlings due to an improved resistance.
