摘要
初创企业在"双创"浪潮中数量众多,却面临着诸多发展难题导致存活率极低,经研究发现商业模式设计对初创企业的组织绩效有着重要的影响。采用定量研究的方法,对北京、哈尔滨等地区的200多家初创企业的商业模式设计方式及其对组织绩效的影响进行深入的探究。首先分析了初创企业的商业模式设计困境和面临的存活率低的问题,结合文献资料,将商业模式设计分为驱动市场——市场驱动型商业模式设计;其次从战略管理的角度出发,提出假设模型,即:驱动市场-市场驱动型商业模式设计对组织绩效的影响以及内部-外部制度环境的调节作用;然后运用SPSS20.0进行实证检验,主要得出了驱动市场型和市场驱动型商业模式设计对组织绩效都有显著的正向影响等结论;最后对初创企业和政府提出了包括商业模式设计选择,制度环境对策和政府规制等几点建议。
Start-ups have been pushed to the forefront in the wave of"E&I",but they face many development problems,resulting in extremely low survival rates.It has been found that business model design has an important impact on the organizational performance of start-ups.Using quantitative research methods,the business model design methods of more than200start-ups in Beijing and Harbin and their impact on organizational performance were explored in depth.Firstly,it analyzes the dilemma of the business model design of the startup and the low survival rate.Combining the literature,the business model design is divided into the driving market and market-driven business model design.Secondly,from the perspective of strategic management,the hypothesis is put forward,Which is the influence of the driving market and market-driven business model design on organizational performance and the regulation of internal-external institutional environment;Then using SPSS20.0for empirical testing,it is concluded that the driving market and market-driven business model design has a significant positive impact on organizational performance and so on;Finally,proposed some suggestions for startups and governments including business model design choices,institutional environmental countermeasures and government regulations.
