摘要
海洋钢结构物和石油化工钢结构模块化工厂属高火险区域,当火灾发生时,为赢得火灾扑救和人员逃生时间,被动防火方式中的防火涂料被广泛应用。防火涂料的采购和施工费用占项目的造价比重较大,降低其消耗系数,意义重大。本文通过研究分析了影响防火涂料消耗系数的各种因素,并提出一些解决措施,供相关企业评估自身防火涂料的消耗情况和降本增效提供参考。
Marine steel structures and petroleum chemical industry steel structure modular factory belong to high risk areas,when the fire broke out,fireproofing coat is widely used in passive fire protection way to win time for extinguishing and personnel evacuation.The purchase and construction cost of fireproofing coat accounts for a large proportion of the project cost,reducing coat consumption factor,which has great significance.The paper researches various factors for the consumption factor of fireproofing coat,and puts forward some solutions to decrease fireproofing coat consumption,which could be used as reference for the relevant enterprises who evaluate their own consumption factor and how to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
