根据工程实践经验,本文对海洋石油钢结构物膨胀型防火涂料的施工进行了系统的阐述。详细描述了膨胀型防火涂料的施工工序和各工序的具体操作方法及相关注意事项,对防火涂层的涂装时的外延、焊接预留等问题也进行了阐述。供从事防火涂料施工方案设计人员和施工人员参考。
The application of intumescent coatings for steel structure is summarized. The step of intumescent coatings application and the detail method for all step is discussed In the paper, coat back and area which not painted for processing welding is described also. All of these will be very useful for engineers to prepare procedure of passive fire protection coating and for operator.
