摘要
自动底盖机是炼油企业延迟焦化装置焦炭塔除焦自动化、效率提高化的重要手段。通过研究平板式自动底盖机的结构特点及在某公司延迟焦化装置的应用状况,分析了自动底盖机的安装、改造、调试、维护等需要关注的问题,并提出了解决思路和控制措施,对同行业延迟焦化装置安全管理工作具有积极的参考价值。
Automatic bottom cover machine is an important means for coke tower defocusing automation and efficiency improvement of coking plant in refinery and chemical industry.Structure characteristic of plate-valve automatic bottom cover machine was analyzed.And application situation and was studied in delayed coker unit of a certain company.Many particular concerns was researched,such as Installation,modification,debugging,maintenance,and so on.Some solution and control measures were put forward in the paper.,It has a positive reference value to safety management of the delayed coking unit for the same chemicals industry.
