摘要
本实验以湿海带为原料,HPLC法检测岩藻黄质提取率为指标,采用正交实验研究了液料比、乙醇浓度、提取时间、提取温度对岩藻黄质提取率的影响,结果表明,岩藻黄质的最佳提取条件为液料比5∶1(m L/g)、乙醇浓度95%、提取时间2 h、提取温度50℃,提取率达到85μg/g。实验结果为海带的开发利用和岩藻黄质的进一步研究提供一定的基础。
HPLC was used to determine the extraction efficiency of fucoxanthin from fresh kelp.Orthogonal experiments were used to study the effects of such factors as liquid-solid ratio,ethanol concentration,time and temperature.The results showed that the optimal parameters for extraction were as follows:liquid-solid ratio 5∶1(mL/g),95%ethanol concentration,optimal temperature 50℃,extraction time1h.Under optimal conditions,the yield rate of fucoxanthin was 85μg/g.
