摘要
目的探讨人性化护理在提高胃癌患者手术室护理质量中的应用效果;方法选取我院2016年1月-2017年12月收治的胃癌手术患者90例为研究对象,比较两组患者护理后的心理状态、生活质量、住院情况及护理满意度;结果观察组患者的心理状态、生活质量、住院情况及护理满意度均显著优于对照组(P均<0.05);结论手术室采用人性化护理应用于胃癌患者,可缓解患者的心理压力,提升患者的生活质量和护理满意度,有利于患者的预后,值得推荐。
Objective to explore the effect of humanized nursing in improving the nursing quality of operating room in patients with gastric cancer;Methods select our hospital in January 2016-December 2017 treated 90 cases of gastric cancer surgery patients as the research object,compared two groups of psychological state,quality of life,after the patient care in the hospital and nursing satisfaction;Results the psychological status,quality of life,hospitalization and nursing satisfaction of the patients in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion operating room USES the humanized nursing applied in patients with gastric cancer,can alleviate the psychological pressure of patients,improve the quality of life of patients and nursing satisfaction,is beneficial to the prognosis of patients with,highly recommended.
