摘要
目的探讨肛肠科术后疾病合并肛门瘙痒症在中西医结合治疗下的临床效果。方法挑选出我院于2016年1月到2018年1月接受治疗的60例符合肛肠科术后疾病合并肛门瘙痒症的患者作为研究对象,将60例患者分成每组为30人的两个组,一组为对照组,一组为观察组,其中,对对照组进行常规的西医药物治疗,观察组在西医药物治疗的基础上,将中医药物作为辅助治疗,观察两组情况,并且对比分析两组的临床治疗效果。结果一个疗程以后,两组对比发现其总效率没有显著差别,但是,观察组患者的治愈率比对照组患者的治愈率高,并且两者之间有很明显的差异。结论肛肠科术后疾病合并肛门瘙痒症在中西医结合治疗的方法下临床效果有着较为明显的效果,有利于缩短患者术后康复时间,值得推广应用,造福于患者。
Objective to explore the clinical effect of postoperative disease combined with anal pruritus in the combination of Chinese and western medicine.Methods selected from January 2016 to January 2018 for treatment of 60 cases in patients with anorectal diseases combined postoperative anal pruritus as the research object,divide 60 cases into each group of 30 people of the two groups,one group as the control group,a group as the observation group,among them,the control group of conventional western medicine,drug treatment group on the basis of drug therapy of western medicine,TCM drugs as adjuvant therapy,observe two groups of cases,and comparative analysis of two groups of clinical therapeutic effect.Results after a period of treatment,two groups of contrast found no significant difference between the total efficiency,however,the observation group of patients with high cure rate,cure rate than the control group patients have obvious differences between and.Conclusion anorectal diseases combined postoperative anal pruritus under the method of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of clinical effect has more obvious effect,shorten patients postoperative recovery time,worthy of popularization and application,benefit the patients.
