摘要
目的研究综合护理对肛肠外科手术患者的应用疗效。方法以98例肛肠外科手术患者为研究对象,依据随机数字表法将其随机分成对照组与研究组,各49例,对照组采取常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上进行综合护理干预。疗程结束后比较2组患者术后6 h、12 h、24 h、48 h的疼痛程度、满意度、相关恢复指标、并发症发生率。结果经综合护理干预后,治疗组的总满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05);术后6 h、12 h、24 h、48 h的疼痛程度呈逐渐下降趋势,但治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组患者术后肠鸣音恢复时间、排尿时间、首次排便时间、住院时间相关恢复指标均显示出明显缩短(P<0.05);此外,综合护理干预后,治疗组的并发症发生率仅为6.12%,明显低于对照组的26.53%(P<0.05)。结论综合护理在肛肠手术应用中患者总体满意率较高,其能够有效缓解患者术后疼痛、大大提高患者恢复进程、降低并发症发生率,可进一步应用于临床。
Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursing on patients undergoing anorectal surgery.Methods Taking 98 patients undergoing anorectal surgery in our hospital as the research objects,they were randomly divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method,and each had 49 cases.The control group took conventional nursing care,and the study group carried out comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.After the course of treatment,the pain degree,satisfaction degree,related recovery indicators,and complication rate of the two groups were compared at 6,12,24,and 48 hours after the operation.Results After comprehensive nursing intervention,the total satisfaction degree of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the pain degree at 6,12,24,and 48 hours after the operation showed a gradual decrease,but the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05),the recovery time of bowel sounds,urination time,first defecation time,and hospital stay in the treatment group were significantly shortened(P<0.05).In addition,after comprehensive nursing intervention,the incidence of complications in the treatment group was only 6.12%,which was significantly lower than 26.53%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing has a higher overall satisfaction rate in the application of anorectal surgery.It can effectively relieve postoperative pain,greatly improve the recovery process of patients,and reduce the incidence of complications.It can be further applied in clinical practice.
