摘要
目的了解住院晚期癌症患者社会支持现状,分析其影响因素,为护理干预提供参考。方法应用一般资料调查表、社会支持评定量表对214例住院晚期癌症患者进行调查。结果住院晚期癌症患者社会支持得分低,年龄、文化程度、婚姻状况是主要影响因素。结论住院晚期癌症患者社会支持水平低,医护人员应引起关注,采取针对性措施提高该群体社会支持,增强患者治疗信心。
Objective To understand the status quo of social support for hospitalized patients with advanced cancer and analyze its in-fluencing factors,so as to provide reference for further nursing intervention.Methods Totally,214hospitalized patients with advanced cancer were investigated using general information questionnaire and social support rating scale.Results Social support scores of hospitalized pa-tients with advanced cancer were low,age,education and marital status were main influencing factors.Conclusion Social support for hospi-talized patients with advanced cancer is low and medical staff should pay attention to taking targeted measures to improve social support for patients and enhance patients'treatment confidence.
