摘要
对建筑工程造价超预算的原因进行了分析,分别从预算编制、预算人员素质以及市场预测、项目实施各阶段预算、造价审批五方面入手,提出了造价超预算控制措施,使其在保证施工顺利实施同时,满足企业效益,节约成本。
This paper analyzed the overbudget causes of building engineering cost,put for-ward cost overbudget control measures from the budget compilation,budget personnel quality,market forecast,various stages budget of project implementation,cost examination and approval five aspects,so as to ensure smooth implementation of construction,meet the enterprise benefits and save the cost.
