摘要
在工程实施阶段,建设单位的管理控制主要体现在质量、进度、投资三大控制。规范有效的造价管理,是实现工程质量和进度目标的重要保证。高速公路工程造价管理是动态的过程,贯穿于项目各个阶段,而且各个阶段管理的侧重点也不尽相同。文章以某跨海大桥工程为例,探析其项目实施各阶段造价管理要点。
In the project implementation stage,the management control of the construction unit is mainly reflected in the three major con-trols of quality,schedule,and investment.Normative and effective cost management is an important guarantee to achieve the project quality and progress goals.Highway project cost management is a dynamic process that runs through every stage of the project,and the emphasis of each stage management is not the same.Taking a cross-sea Bridge project as an example,this paper explores the key points of cost management in the project implementation stage.
