摘要
本文针对湿法炼锌一段净化除铜镉过程中钴损失大造成系统中钴的循环、富集以及贫镉液除钴效果差的弊端,提出了一段除铜镉改为一段两次除铜锅工艺,即一段一次净化除铜、预除镉,一段二次净化进一步除铜镉工艺,从源头上减少了系统中钴的循环、富集。
For zinc hydrometallurgy,cobalt loss is great in one-stage purification for copper and cadmium removal,which leads to cobalt recycling and concentration in the circuit,as well as poor cobalt removal effect of barren cadmium solution.Aiming at this situation,this paper changes one-stage copper and cadmium removal to one-stage twice copper and cadmium removal,viz.one-stage primary purification for copper removal and cadmium pre-removal,one-stage secondary purification for further copper and cadmium removal.Thus,cobalt recycling and concentration in the circuit is reduced and controlled from the source.
