摘要
研究了用福美锌从硫酸锌溶液中除钴的效果,考察了影响除钴的若干因素。试验结果表明,满足锌电积的最佳技术条件为：福美锌加入量1.8 g/L,反应温度50～80℃,反应时间30～60 min,反应p H 4.1～5.0。在此条件下,钴杂质能达到84%以上的脱除率,溶液中的游离钴杂质浓度能降到0.6mg/L以下。
The effect of cobalt removal from zinc sulfate solution with ziram is studied,and some factors influencing cobalt removal investigated. The test results show thatthe optimal technical condition for the zinc electrowinning is： ziram dosage 1. 8 g / L,reaction temperature 50 ～ 80 ℃,reaction time 30 ～ 60 min,p H between 4. 1 ～5. 0. Under this condition,the cobalt removal rate can be higher than 84%,and the free cobalt impurity concentration in the solution can be reduced to below 0. 6 mg / L.
