换热站水力平衡调试及智能优化曲线控制策略验证

摘要 文中以某热力公司智能热网改造项目为基础,通过对换热站运行状况分析、表计校对和楼宇加装平衡阀等方式,进行水力平衡调试,同时针对换热站实施"一站一优化"曲线改造,实现了对换热站二次侧供水温度的自动调整功能。实例对节能降耗和提高供热经济性具有指导意义。 Based on the intelligent heating network reconstruction project of a thermal power company,the hydraulic balance adjustment is carried out by analyzing the operation condition of the heat exchange station,checking the meter and installing the balance valve in the building,etc.At the same time,the"one station-one optimization"curve transformation is carried out for the heat exchange station,which realizes the automatic adjustment function of the secondary side water supply temperature of the heat exchange station.This example is of guiding significance for saving energy and reducing consumption and improving the economy of heating.
