摘要 在项目实践的基础上,对高速公路改扩建的设计理念和方案进行了探讨;总结首次在新疆地区成功运用高精度激光扫描测量的经验,并提出靶标点控制指标;提出基于运行速度检验、事故调查分析、意见调查研究的运营安全性评价方法,和清单筛查法与试验检测相结合的公路技术状况评价方法;列出了路基路面、桥涵试验检测的具体内容;最后,在现状评价的基础上,分析总结改扩建中遇到的长直线和缓和曲线改造、平包竖段落改造、大纵坡事故点改造、路基路面和桥涵改造等重难点问题的应对方案。 Based on the project practice, it has been discussed the design concept and reconstruction and extension of express-way in this paper. Meanwhile, it has been summarized some experience about the first successful application of high-precision laser scanning measurement in Xinjiang, and puts forward the target point control index. Several safety evaluation methods havebeen mentioned, which based on operation speed test, accident investigation analyses and opinions from feedback, as well, thehighway technology status evaluation methods have been suggested, combining the checklist screening methods and its results.The concrete contents of roadbed pavement and bridge and culvert testing methods are listed. Finally, on the basis of current situation, in this paper, there are some analyzes and summarizes of the reconstruction schemes of the key and difficult problems encountered in the reconstruction and extension, such as long straight line, mitigation curve, horizontal package vertical section,large longitudinal slope accident point, roadbed pavement and bridge and culvert reconstruction and utilization principle.
